Montinho da Luz is a comfortable holiday accommodation with a friendly atmosphere and consists of 4 units.

Holiday home Casa Baixa (max. 4 persons) is a free-standing holiday house. The apartment consists of a cozy living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms each have 2 x 2 single beds. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and large shower area.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, gas cooking ring, extractor hood and microwave oven. And of course a coffeemaker and water kettle in a full kitchen like this.

The double door leads to a large L-shaped private terrace equipped with furniture. There is satellite television, air-conditioning and floor heating (for our winter guests) as well as WIFI for your internet connection.

Holiday home Casa Alta (2 persons) is a free-standing holiday house attached to the main residence, but completely private. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen and a spacious bedroom with two single beds. The attached large bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, bidet and large shower area.

De kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator, freezer, gas cooking ring, microwave oven and extractor hood. A coffeemaker and water kettle are present here as well.

The doors of the bedroom and living room (also main entrance) lead to your private terrace equipped with furniture. There is satellite television, air-conditioning and floor heating (for our winter guests) as well as WIFI for your internet connection.

Holiday home Casa Madeira (2 persons) is a free-standing wooden cottage, located in the unspoiled nature surrounded by shady trees and only 100 meters away from the main residence. The cottage is divided up in a living area, kitchen and sleeping-place. The sleeping-place has 2 single beds. The adjacent bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, and shower area.

The kitchen is supplied with a refrigerator/freezer combination, electric cooking ring, microwave oven and extractor hood. And of course a coffeemaker and water kettle are present here as well.

The doors of the sleeping-place and living area (also main entrance) lead to your private terrace equipped with furniture. There is Sattelite television, air-conditioning and hot-air heating.

The main residence (max. 4 persons) is where the owners (Herman en Mirelle) live. The house has a cozy living room and open kitchen with dishwasher, 5 pit stove, American refrigerator and microwave oven. A roomy bedroom with adjacent a spacious bathroom. A large hallway with a restroom for guests. In the study one can place two beds if needed.

From the kitchen one reaches the patio, where a large table invites you to sit down for a little chat, a drink, breakfast, lunch or dinner. On the adjacent (walled) inner court one finds the barbecue and stairs that lead to the basement, which contains the laundry room (with washer, dryer and sink). The spacious terrace at the front of the house is a nice spot to sit down and talk, read or simply enjoy the surroundings.

The main residence is only for rent as "Montinho da Luz", which means only in combination with the holiday houses Casa Alta and Casa Baixa. The main residence is only available in July and August and for a minimum of 14 days (prices on request). "Montinho da Luz" as a holiday residence can accommodate a maximum of 12 persons.

Swimming pool (8m x 4m). The swimming pool area is a great place to relax. The deck chairs with comfortable pillows allow you to fully enjoy the warm and sunny weather. Each morning clean bath towels will be available for you. There is also a large parasol near the pool for those who prefer a nice comfortable shade from time to time.

From the large terrace you have a nice view over the garden and the hills in the surrounding countryside, where at night the sun sets with often a truly spectacular array of colors.
